"The fundamental structure was very important, and Wilson builds a very solid house." So says Kingston homeowners, Greg & Mary Belemjian. As Guest relations manager at Fresno Lexus, you could say he knows luxury and quality. Greg's wife Mary is retired from Clovis unified School District, so you could say she understands what makes a great neighborhood. Over the years, their son and daughter's situations changed, marriage, children, etc. As a result, their children and grandchildren ended up at the eastern end of Clovis.

Their son and his family live on 2 1/2 acres, and their daughter's family in a beautiful Wilson Rivage in Harlan Ranch. That got them thinking. "This house is too big, the kids are much too far away, and we're looking forward to retiring and traveling; Maybe we need to move." Greg and Mary had lived in North West Fresno for 29 years. With an empty nest, they had more room, yard, spa, and decks than they needed. Greg and Mary were thinking it was time to downsize.

The prospect of being able to travel without having to impose on friends and family to make sure nothing died in the yard was very appealing. Just lock the door and go. The problem was that most smaller homes were not where they wanted to live. One day their daughter suggested they take a look at Wilson's Kingston community.

"From the moment we first stepped into the Bentley model, we knew we had found our new home; Perfect floor plan, great location and amenities." But there is always a hitch; Greg and Mary had a home to sell, and in a soft market, it did not happen overnight. They had to sell their home before moving, and get the right price to ensure their new home would not negatively impact their financial plans for the future. "We can't say enough about Gail, our Wilson associate," adds Greg. "The process of selling our home and moving into our new Wilson Bentley took almost 6 months, and changes occurred on a daily basis. Through it all, Gail was patient and understanding as she plotted the course to our goal."

Greg and Mary are now enjoying the relaxed and simple lifestyle in the comfort of their new Wilson Kingston home. "We have a place that allows us to step off the porch and walk to the park, the pool, or the community center. It's a simpler lifestyle." Every week this summer, Mary was able to take her grandsons and daughter in-law to the Junior Olympic sized community pool for a cooling dip. And just this last Sunday, the whole family gathered at the Clubhouse for a celebration following their granddaughter's baptism. Perfect!
